Located at the junction of The Alameda and Park Avenue in Santa Clara, this mixed-use project occupies a uniquely shaped triangular site. The design responds to the geometry of the intersection by positioning the retail commercial space prominently at the corner where both streets meet, activating the urban edge and enhancing pedestrian visibility. One of the key design challenges was organizing the residential units and circulation within the constrained footprint while maintaining efficient layouts and clear access throughout the building.
