During this time, I have contributed to more than 12 projects across residential, mixed-use, commercial, tenant improvement, and educational sectors.

My experience spans all phases of design and construction, including concept development, Design Development (DD), Construction Documents (CD), permitting, and construction administration. I have worked directly with multiple Bay Area jurisdictions to secure planning and building permits and have a strong working knowledge of local zoning regulations, the California Building Code, and SB 330 requirements.

During construction, I have responded to RFIs, coordinated with consultants, and collaborated closely with contractors to resolve field conditions while maintaining design intent. I am experienced in producing clear, coordinated drawing sets and ensuring compliance from early design through project completion.
