Being a Bay Area architectural designer with four years of professional experience, I have contributed to more than 12 projects across residential, mixed-use, commercial, tenant improvement, and educational sectors. I hold a Master of Architecture and Urban Design from University of California Los Angeles.

My experience spans all phases of design and construction, including concept development, Design Development (DD), Construction Documents (CD), permitting, and construction administration.

I have worked directly with multiple Bay Area jurisdictions to secure planning and building permits and have a strong working knowledge of local zoning regulations, the California Building Code, and SB 330 requirements. During construction, I have responded to RFIs, coordinated with consultants, and collaborated closely with contractors to resolve field conditions while maintaining design intent. I am experienced in producing clear, coordinated drawing sets and ensuring compliance from early design through project completion.
